We had an amazing time at Bordeaux Falls. It could not have been better appointed. There was everything we needed and more! Steve was an extremely helpful host. The house was so private and we really enjoyed the pool. Loved the beautiful view of Coral Bay. The drive was a little challenging, but we got used to it after the second day.

Estate Carolina was exactly as advertised and just what we were looking for in a holiday family reunion for our daughter, soon-to-be son-in-law, son, and grandson. We prepared family meals in the well stocked and accommodating kitchen, and played games in the evening. Our grandson could not get enough of being in the pool and staring into the koi pond. The living room balcony was a perfect place to stargaze with his new telescope. The house was well stocked for beach excursions which we did on a daily basis using the sand chairs, beach towels, and cooler bags provided. At the end of the day we found ourselves gathered in front of the TV enjoying Christmas theme movies before retiring to our individual rooms. The house is rock solid with lots of screened windows to let the breezes blow through. Steve's directions were clear and simple. I would recommend a 4 wheel drive vehicle as the hillside drives are steep and twisty.

We loved our recent stay at the Boudreaux Falls Villa. Our family of five was more than comfortable with the size. The fine details of architecture and craftsmanship made it the perfect Caribbean villa. We loved the calm quiet atmosphere and stunning views. It is not too far from Maho bay which was our family’s favorite beach. The villa is more than accommodating with kitchen supplies, paper supplies and beach chairs/ towels. We enjoyed using the outdoor grill. We loved the tropical night sounds in the evenings. Steve was incredibly happy and helpful to get us situated when we arrived. I hope that we can return one day.

What a comfortable stay our family had at Steve's Bordeaux Falls home over Spring Break! The home is gracious and the views are truly extraordinary, looking out across Coral Bay, parts of St John's East End, and the BVI. The house is well-equipped, nicely furnished, and the beds are very comfortable with excellent quality linens. Air conditioners and fans are available in the bedrooms for a comfortable night's sleep in all conditions; though screens everywhere allow the house to be open to the ocean breeze. The kitchen had sharp knives (a happy first for a vrbo house rental for us), good appliances, two types of coffee makers, and a blender, among other appliances. Super well stocked. The doors in the living room open up and fold back completely (and a large screen can be pulled across) so the main floor can enjoy beautiful Caribbean breezes--so lovely!

Everything you see in the pictures is accurate.
The home is beautiful, views are gorgeous, home is well appointed with anything and everything you will need. The beds are super comfy and even the kitchen knives are sharp.
I have stayed at a lot of VBRO and they almost always have cheap dull knives, not here. They also have several beach chairs, coolers, beach towels, pretty much everything you will really need.
The Owner is super helpful. He met us in Cruz Bay after our grocery shopping and had us follow him to the house. If you ever need anything he is usually in the guest house to help. The drive to the house is an adventure....what Jeeps are built for....so rent a Jeep not some small 2 wheel drive car. Driving the island in general is much much better with a Jeep.
We loved the house and the view. Very private.
We found it to be reasonably priced for what you get. We would certainly stay here again.

Bordeaux Falls is amazing!! We didn’t want to leave this beautiful place…Steve went above and beyond as a host…met us at the ferry dock and waited while we got our rental car and luggage situated. He even offered to do some shopping for us! We followed him to Bordeaux Falls and wow. Just wow. The view. The pool. The tub. The villa. The balconies. Steve gave us a tour of his beautiful villa and showed us which windows and doors to open for the perfect cross breeze…Both bedrooms were huge and nicely appointed, the bathrooms were gorgeous and well stocked with linens and toiletries. The kitchen was stocked better than our kitchen at home! Seriously, we did not want to leave this place!!
